About the Recognition Awards
The Recognition Awards are a celebration of ambition, resilience and the kind of business building that deserves to be recognized on a national stage.
Across 11 categories, these awards celebrate Canadian entrepreneurs who are doing the work. Building businesses, leading with purpose, showing up for their communities and proving every day that ambition has no limits. No pitch required. Just your story and what you have built.
All categories are self-nominated because we believe you should own what you have accomplished. The only exception is the Trailblazer Award, which is nominated by someone in your corner who knows exactly what you have overcome to get here.
Recognition Award applications open June 1st and close November 15th. Finalists are announced in December and honoured live on stage at the Total Mom Pitch Awards Night on February 10, 2027.
